The deadline for submitting last year’s income tax is the 31st of October, however, for those filling their income tax online, this deadline is extended.
Please be aware that this extension is subject to change every year and clients should check with the relevant authorises to ensure they are submitting their income tax in a timely fashion.
As an example of the tax year 2017:
The income tax deadline is the 31st of October 2018
For those filling their tax return online, the deadline is the 14th of November 2018.
All corporation tax is due 9 months after the end of the corporation’s tax year.
For example, if your accounts year ends on the 31st of December your filled return needs to be filled by the 23rd of September.

If you sell property, land or shares etc. between the 1st of January to the 30th of November you must be your preliminarily capital gains tax by the 15th of December; this doesn’t change.
